This Disclosure Text has been prepared and presented to you by ALTER Teknik Hırdavat ve Abrasive Product Technologies - Ümit ALTUĞ Company, located at Demirci Mahallesi Demirci Yolu Cad. No: 25/BC Nilüfer/Bursa, in the capacity of Data Controller, within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Disclosure Obligation.

Your Identity (Name-Surname), Contact (E-mail), Customer Transaction (Subject and Message Content) data collected by you by filling out and submitting the contact form in the “Contact” tab on our Company’s address http://www.alterrubber.com will be processed by our Company in accordance with the law and rules of honesty, the principles of being kept in a limited and proportionate manner, in connection with the purpose of processing, and for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or necessary for the purpose of processing, in order to communicate with you regarding your Requests / Complaints / Opinions / Suggestions and to ensure their follow-up (Follow-up of Requests and Complaints).

METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA AND LEGAL REASON
Your personal data specified in this Disclosure Text is collected electronically via our Company's website http://www.alterrubber.com and processed automatically, in whole or in part, based on the legal basis of the explicit consent of the relevant person, as the data owner, as set out in Article 5 of the KVKK.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data in question is processed by our Company only for the purpose stated above, and your personal data is never transferred / shared with third parties.

DELETION, DESTRUCTION OR ANONYMIZATION OF PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with Article 7 of the KVKK, if the reasons requiring processing of your personal data are eliminated, even though they have been processed in accordance with the relevant legislation, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or made anonymous by our Company ex officio or upon your request. The procedures and principles regarding this matter will be implemented in accordance with the KVKK and the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data published in the Official Gazette dated 28.10.2017 and numbered 30224.
Your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by our Company within 6 (six) months following the date on which our obligation to delete, destroy or anonymize your data arises.

YOUR RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
As the personal data owner, you have the rights specified in Article 11 of the KVKK. You can exercise your rights in question by sending a written notice to the Data Controller in accordance with the Communiqué on Application Procedures and Principles to the address Demirci Mahallesi, Demirci Yolu Caddesi No: 25/BC Nilüfer/Bursa.
